Who are the workshops and seminars for?
We have a wide range of workshops and seminars that we offer that range from topics such as building your wealth to living your best life in retirement. All of our professional speakers are experts in their respective subject matter as it relates to financial planning in Canada.
Are you affiliated with the CRA or any other government agency?
No, we are not affiliated with the CRA or any other government entities.
Is there a fee to attend a workshop?
There is NO FEE. All of our workshops and seminars are completely free of charge!
What does the presenter get out of this?
Our seminars are focused around community education. That’s why we look for experts who share our passion for providing valuable and helpful information first. Often, however, we find that there are participants who may need more customized, one-on-one assistance.
If you are interested in working directly with the professional, you are absolutely welcome to do so. This allows the presenter to potentially grow their practice, all while educating the community.
This said, your attendance to any of our workshops or seminars in no way obligates you to engage the presenter in any service.
Who are the presenters?
Financial planning best practices vary from region to region. That’s why we find LOCAL experts and professionals to run our workshops and seminars. Many of our presenters provide different expertise and come from a range of financial backgrounds like: Accountants, Wealth Planners, Financial Advisors and other experts in the financial sector.
Are there any obligations or commitments required?
Our workshops and seminars are educational. That is their primary purpose.
There is no obligation to work with your presenter in anyway.
While the presenter may provide information about which institution they are licensed with and/or handout brochures for services they offer, there is no obligation to engage with any presenter regarding their services during or after the seminar.
In fact, one of the most comments we most frequently hear from workshop attendees is how nice it is to receive valuable information without being ‘sold’ something.
